This is not a restrictive diet plan or 'cut and paste' workout - every step of the way I'm here for you. With my year-long program you will receive:
- Nutrition coaching to help you not only learn what to eat to meet your goals, but how to eat to sustain a healthy life.
- Up to six coaching calls per month (15-30 minutes) via online platforms
- Unlimited email communications for your questions and concerns with max 48 hour turn-around time
- 3-6 days a week of strength training programming including cardio, interval and recovery recommendations
- Feedback and form analysis available on training videos
- Weekly original content delivered to your email inbox
- Accountability measures and progress tracking
- Pay by the month, cancel any time

Hi, I’m Jack and I believe that loving who you are allows you to become who you want to be. It is my passion to fill the world with strong, healthy, happy people, and that starts within.
My journey started at 28 years old: at 5’5” and over 200 lbs I was deeply unhappy, in a lot of physical pain, and didn’t know how to change.Being angry at my body, the physical discomfort of caring the extra weight, or the judgement of others weren’t the catalyst I needed.
The truth is, people only take care of things we care about. When I was able to care about myself I was finally able to treat my body with respect. That was when everything shifted for me. That was when I was able to lose weight, get strong and fully inhabit my life.
You may be interested in fitness or nutrition because you want to feel good about how you look, move with less pain or enjoy activities that currently seem out of your reach. I know that strong people are happy people, and that loving yourself is an integral part of the journey to better health.
