THE COMPASS TEACHES:
Meditation: you’ll learn a skill that calms and centers, that you can practice anywhere with easy-to-follow, guided recordings (perfect if you struggle to concentrate or get distracted)
Movement: you’ll use instructional videos to find a way to move that heals, energizes and rejuvenates you for each day (options for all skill levels provided)
Journaling: a powerful practice for self-realization, no writing experience necessary as inspiring writing prompts guide you
