Most of us know what we “should” be doing to take care of ourselves but keep putting it off.

What I’ve learned through ten years of coaching is that you can’t put in the work to adopt new habits with exercise and nutrition (let alone find the energy to do things like apply for school, ask for a promotion or improve your relationship) without these necessary skills!

The truth is: you can keep ignoring your needs and keep spinning your wheels when it comes to creating the life you want —

OR you can invest 8 weeks into building the foundation you need to finally move forward.

The pay-off?  Energy, clarity of mind, low-stress and the know-how to move forward, all from learning practices you can implement in 5 to 30 minutes a day.

  • Meditation: you’ll learn a skill that calms and centers, that you can practice anywhere with easy-to-follow, guided recordings (perfect if you struggle to concentrate or get distracted)

  • Movement: you’ll use instructional videos to find a way to move that heals, energizes and rejuvenates you for each day (options for all skill levels provided)

  • Journaling: a powerful practice for self-realization, no writing experience necessary as inspiring writing prompts guide you

8 weeks of the compass gives you:

  • WEEK ONE: understanding what self-care is and isn’t and an extensive live workshop on using time-management and scheduling so you can get the most out of the workshop

  • WEEK TWO: easy start to meditation — using a quick, five minutes per day you’ll begin building your foundational self-care tool-kit

  • WEEK THREE: implementing meditation as a skill to determine what you need in the moment and how to give it to yourself

  • WEEK FOUR: follow-along videos and plenty of options for all levels create the mind-body connection through movement and an additional live workshop to help you stay on track

  • WEEK FIVE: using movement to motivate, you’ll begin exploring options and building off what you’ve already learned

  • WEEK SIX: begin your journaling journey with well-crafted prompts and insightful questions

  • WEEK SEVEN: learn to combine your skills, harness your awareness and dive even deeper into creating a complete self-care strategy

  • WEEK EIGHT: developing a sustainable self-care practice that will grow with you and fulfill your needs for years to come, a final live workshop for setting yourself up for long-term success
