You are a super hero! You were born with immense power and ability, but if you are like most people you've let life dull your shine. I believe that when people learn to fully accept themselves they grow their own ability to change themselves. These are learned skills, which I can teach you. Now, let's find that cape.

I don't employ restrictive diets, calorie counting, punishing workouts or bullying language.
I will teach you how to become self-sufficient with food, fitness and self-care so that you can create sustainable habits that support a fulfilling life.
I regularly help clients with the following:
- Improving self-image and building self-confidence through competency around food, fitness and basic acts of self-care.
- Learning the skills of awareness and action-taking so that you truly own your life and your power to change
- Creating a healthy and loving relationship with your body so that results are sustainable
- Developing tools like time management, prioritizing of values and creative problem solving so you can reach and maintain your goals.
- A clear understanding of what and how to eat and how to exercise that creates results and fits your life.
- A higher quality of life by addressing the lifestyle factors that fad diets and cookie-cutter exercise plans don't ever mention.

Hi, I’m Jack and I believe that loving who you are allows you to become who you want to be. It is my passion to fill the world with strong, healthy, happy people, and that process starts within.
My journey started at 28 years old: at 5’5” and over 200 lbs I was deeply unhappy, in a lot of physical pain, and didn’t know how to change. Being angry at my body, the physical discomfort of carrying the extra weight, or the judgement of others weren’t the catalyst I needed.
The truth is, people only take care of things we care about. When I was able to care about myself I was finally able to treat my body with respect. That was when everything shifted for me. That was when I was able to lose weight, get strong and engage fully with my life.
You may be interested in fitness or nutrition because you want to feel good about how you look, move with less pain or enjoy activities that currently seem out of your reach. I know that strong people are happy people, and that loving yourself is an integral part of the journey to better health.
