Personalized strength training sessions with a focus on teaching safe and proper form Suitable for beginning exercisers or those recovering from injury as well as more experienced trainees Choose from 1-4 sessions per week When I began training with Jack I was already in pretty good shape and very active.  However, I wanted to work on my improving my balance, maintaining my overall strength and just making certain that at 65 I was remaining fit and healthy.  What I find is so terrific about  Jack is his willingness to customize the workout to fit my lifestyle and exercise preferences while insuring that I achieve my fitness goals.  It is also nice to have a trainer with a great sense of humor and fun who can create workouts that are interesting to do. - Shelby French
