one-on-one personal training


Here’s everything you need to know:

• One-on-One Training is available for mid-day sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All athletes are expected to train twice weekly, and commit to working together for six months; after 15 years experience I know that this is the bare minimum of time required to create satisfactory results.

• All One-on-One sessions are 60 minutes.

Session cost is $79.50 (includes 6% KY sales tax), or $159.00 weekly, and payment is due on the last training day of each week.

Add-On Training is available to all athletes who have been training with me for at least six months.

(Add-On Training is additional programming for one to four extra sessions per week that you can do at either a membership gym or in your home gym. This programming contains detailed demo videos, is tailored to your equipment availability, time, and personal goals, and includes unlimited access to me via text for on-the-spot coaching. Add-On Training is $159/month (includes 6% KY sales tax) and requires a three month minimum commitment.)
